  1. You agree to pay for products using a legally accepted credit or debit card.
  2. You consent not to reverse the payment unless the transaction between you and the seller does not meet the terms of the agreement, the item is not delivered, or the received product significantly differs from the seller's description, as determined by the seller
  3. You acknowledge that any refund requests can only be processed with the seller’s approval and must be initiated by the seller.
  4. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and returned to the individual who made the payment.
  5. You understand that we cannot guarantee the refund will be credited to your account promptly, as processing time may vary depending on the respective bank and/or payment service provider.
Return and Exchange Policy:

  1.  Customers must notify the store of any returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Products can only be exchanged for the same model.
  3. Items must be in their original condition, including receipts, price tags, packaging, and bags.
  4. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items, except in cases where the wrong item was received or the item is defective.
  5. The new product shipment or refund will be processed only after receiving the returned item.
